Assistant Dock Master
The Assistant Dock Master is an ambassador of the waterfront of Boston Harbor in one of the most highly renowned marinas in the Northeast. The main duty of our Assistant Dock Master is to work closely with the Dock Master to create an all around great experience for our boaters by providing the highest level of customer service and exceeding their expectations. They also perform both administrative and supervisory roles such as planning, coordinating, promoting, and managing the daily operations, facilities, and employees of the marina, our seasonal and transient boaters and our community.
Marina Dock Attendant
Charlestown Marina is currently seeking marina dock hands - full time for the summer season. At Charlestown Marina, our customers are the driving force behind everything we do at the marina. As a result, the right person for this job is cheerful, knowledgeable, engaging, and courteous towards the customer at all times, providing top notch customer service while projecting a professional company image through all types of interaction in and off site. While the primary focus of the dock hand's responsibilities focuses on the customer, safety is of the utmost importance.
